The word “PASJONA” comes from the Herero language and means “traveling by donkey-cart”—a nod to the authentic, timeless spirit of exploring our beautiful country.
Brigitte established the company in 1993, making her one of the first female tour operators in Namibia. Driven by her deep passion for the country’s diverse cultures, spectacular landscapes, and wildlife—combined with her extensive experience as a tour guide—she knows exactly how to inspire her guests and turn every safari into a truly unique, lifelong memory.
Dagmar joined our team in 2015. Born and raised in Namibia, she has known this beautiful country her entire life. With her decades of experience in the tourism industry, she brings a wealth of local knowledge to help craft your perfect itinerary.
Our team is completed by passionate, freelance Namibian guides. With their expert knowledge and deep love for their homeland, they will show you the real Namibia through the eyes of a local.

Pasjona Safaris is also proud to directly support several community projects. We partner with Wadadee Cares in Windhoek-Katutura, helping to provide daily hot meals for vulnerable children at their pre-primary school. We also support Sheilla and her Home iNAMi with essential donations like clothing and furniture to improve the children’s daily lives. Furthermore, we actively stand behind initiatives that fight to “Stop violence against women”—because we believe in raising awareness and taking a stand for a safer future.
